Founded by Andrew Logan in 2015, Logan Architecture has grown into a leading boutique design firm in Austin, Texas.
They are a full service, client-focused firm who have extensive experience in all scales of commercial and residential architecture. They strive to provide thoughtful and appropriate design solutions to enhance the built environment and the community. Logan Architecture has supported numerous ICON projects including the first 3D-printed homes in the U.S. and series of homes at Community First! Village in Austin, TX.
Structural Engineer: Fort Structures
Founded in 2016, Fort Structures provides unique and personalized structural engineering alongside exceptional customer experience.
The engineers at Fort Structures bring a wealth of technical expertise, both in various building materials and engineering mechanics, to the drafting table. They’re well equipped to take on anything from residential renovations to large-scale commercial design. Fort Structures has been the structural engineering firm across all of ICON’s 3D-printed homes and structures built to date.
Interior Design: Claire Zinnecker Design
Based in Austin, Claire Zinnecker Design is a boutique interior design group that firmly believes that every space tells a story.
Their work has been featured in various publications and websites. The group’s unique style paired with their passion for clean, affordable design has become their design aesthetic’s trademark.
Claire partnered with ICON, Mobile Loaves & Fishes and the team at DEN Property Group in 2019 and 2020 to style and design seven interiors for 3D-printed homes at Community First! Village in Austin, TX serving those coming out of chronic homelessness.
